umm only a max of 120 extra energy for 2 hours lost or planetary production? by the time you have 120 energy an hour you don't want to miss out on any planetary resource production. |

Well maybe EM -> energy or something cool, an ability with a cooldown might be cool. But I would make it a general thing. |

I'd say it should be a mission artifact. Double recharge rate for 12 hours. At 120 Energy an hour you would recharge about 240x12= 2880 Energy over 12 hours.An energy cube would be more effective since it would instantly refill a persons bar regardless of there energy capacity. They're should be no penalties for using this artifact. Not overpowered the way i see it |
