It'd be nice to have a way to save frequently-used ship configurations so that you could switch your stuff around with a single button push.
In particular, a way to switch your relays/pulse ballistae in and out without having to manually go through the lists and click 'em.

I suggest something like a mission reward that gives you the option of having two configurations, with possible other ways (GP, further missions) of getting up to four. This way you could have a few builds depending on your situation - NPC killin', PvP, Scanning, Planet Invasion...?

The switching buttons might ask for confirmation if you were about to break one of your items by making the switch, and if you'd since sold/bought new items since you saved the configuration, it would just do the best it could - leaving in items you used to have and not touching new stuff.

I suggested this more than a year ago, becomes less important at higher ranks and you finally get enough decks to hold what you need, although it would still make leveling easier.
