Grant 50 to every rank point option=
50 Decks
50 Cargo
50 Engineers
50 Tactical Officers
50 Helmsmen

why not just use 25 ship bots for your 50 decks, and 25 rescued prisoners for 75 rank points, which you can assign yourself... gets you pretty close to your proposed values anyway


what we need is a CTLab item that'll reduce the number of time manipulators floating around in-game so once they reach "normal" levels, Dan can remove the usage restriction

time warp. reduces all available actions by 5. maybe? not the best plan, but at least it would drop the number of time manips. especially if it required 10-25 to construct. the ehem, higher level legion, are always whining about how its so unfair that they get attacked and so many resources are stolen from them. this would allow dan to remove the cap, and allow the higher level legion to keep its actions low, and burn up time manips in the process.
