I was thinking, there should be missions that only specific races can do, I remember seeing one when I started off as a human, but what I am talking about are missions that are for higher levels that give that one race some kind of bonus.

I'd say the missions would have to pose a challenge to the specific races, that only that race would get a reward for.
such as a Drannik having to hunt down and kill a certain NPC that only they can see




And for an Inergon, something like having to use their energy controlling abilities to prevent reactor explosion on a new colony.

I can't think of what would be a good fit for the other races, if you have an idea post here
