Being this is a multi time zone game .. I think it would be a good idea to change the display window in chat to be something like this

[Game:Time/Your:Time]
ie.
[10:30/7:30]

I think just from a glance it would make it alot easier for coordination as you can reference game time when planning strikes instead of worrying about everyone converting individual timezones
