1000 xts-9 for 5 +3 mining buildings ? Please... and poor xp missions too. You should at least make it a blueprint that uses XTS-9 so there is further use for it. |

The only mission that requires XTS-9 is Repair Warp Gate. There is no other mission in the chain after that. XTS-9 is an extremely toxic substance that is used in experimental industrial production. There are various high-rank missions that require XTS-9. Producing it is dangerous. Other than Building the Injector, can we make this item useful somehow? ...experimental industrial production... What if you make the bases able to refine it into some kind of planetary building? |

Although I do not have a lot of XTS-9, I would agree that there needs to be something useful that uses XTS-9. XTS-10 Scanner This prototype scanner scans for both minerals and artifacts. The effect is greater if the planet has better resources. Type: Planet Building Size: 1 Mining: 2, Doubles if mining content is Extremely Rich or higher. Artifact: 2, Doubles if artifact content is Mega Rich or higher. (Artifact planets are harder to find) Limit: 1 per planet Obtained: XTS-10 Blueprint XTS-10 Blueprint Allows you to build XTS-10 Scanners on your planet. Cost to Build: 10 Mill CR XTS-9 Cost: 50 ---------------- XTS-9 Industrial Production (Credit goes to DariousTheDark) There is a well-made factory that produces XTS-9 at the highest quality. Send some scientists to investigate the factory, though be careful as XTS-9 is highly toxic. Requirements: None Energy: 25 Risks: Extremely Rare chance to lose a scientist. (XTS poison) Rewards: Chance for minor Research Points Rounds to completion: 25 Completion to Finish: 3 Exotic XTS-9 Your scientists have discovered that the XTS-9 is made from Exotic Matter. If you can supply them with Exotic Matter, they can supply you with XTS-9. Requirements: 100 Exotic Matter Energy: 30 Risks: None Rewards: Chance to get 1 XTS-9 (per round), 10 XTS-9 (On completion) Rounds to Completion: 30 Completion to Finish: Can be repeated anytime -------------------- Exotic Discovery (Separate Mission) Our scanners detected a exotic mineral content on a planet. Send some probes to scan the surface. Requirements: 1 Spy Probe - Resources Energy: 10 Risks: None Rewards: Rare chance to get Pawlacite stash (Per round) Rounds to Completion: 25 Completions to Finish: 5 XTS-10 Refinement We have discovered that the planet contains a new type of XTS material, XTS-10. We cannot harvest them in any way, so send some scientists to investigate them for further uses. Requirements: None Energy: 25 Risks: Extremely Rare chance to lose a Scientist. Rewards: XTS-10 Blueprint Rounds to Completion: 100 Completion to Finish: 1 --------------------- These were what I could think of. Anything out of hand? |
