Some new member could just unload base and leave us with nothing, but without a commerance bay are members could really be put in a tough spot. Founder would be a rank awarded to the creator of the legion and only 1 allowed. if he leaves legion then goes to his choice or longest active leader. so that if someone were to get promoted to leader they couldnt take over legion. leaders could still make rules but founder had absolute power.
im going to put in there to but in a way i feel its and issue because what do u do if someone robs or destroys your legion, (report them) this could possiblity stop it completely. PRETTY MUCH IDEA IS WOULD ALSO BE LIKE BEING PAID FOR HELPING LEGION IN A WAY. IM COPYING IN ISSUES BECAUSE THIS IS A ISSUE THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED. TO YOU SEE IM NOT THE MAKER OF MY LEGION BUT I THE OTHER LEADER AND I HAD TO DO A 2 HOUR INFO GATHERING ON A MEMBER BECAUSE OLD LEGION MADE IT SEEM LIKE HE DESTROYED THERE LEGION, HE WAS INNOCENT, BUT STILL IT GOT ME THINKING I NEED A COMMERANCE BAY BUT THE CHANCE WE COULD LOSE ALL ARE FUNDS OR HAVE LEGION DESTROIED IS TO BIG A RISK, AND I BELIEVE THAT RISK SHOULDNT BE A POSSIBLITY.
First: it's spelled "commerce" not "commerance"...
Second: Leader can set permissions as to who can withdraw... Leader only, Leader and Officers, or Everyone...
If a member needs X amount of cash from the base funds.... Leader should remove all except that amount, then set permissions to let everyone withdraw funds, then (via some private chat channel like FB chat so the whole legion doesn't know they have access) inform the member he can withdraw everything that's left in the bay... then set permissions back to leader only, and put all the rest of the funds back in...
(obviously if you're close to base production timer hitting 0, you'll want to wait until after that happens, because upkeep is paid when production timer hits 0)
