allow you to choose to use yellow badges to scan for bases as yellow badges still only have 1 crappy use either that or make null fuses far more common so you can get a decent amount of red badges to scan for a base and save towards the dominion cannons |

or create "counterfeit red badges" purchasable with GP.... limited to 10 purchasable per player per day... usable only on base scanning |
