EMP Sphere's and Disarming Bomb for bases?

Yes it would be cool if lets say a NPC dropped a version of both of these artifacts to use against bases. As we can use a few offensive base artifacts to use in a base fight.

Yeah, it seems as though there'll be something like that at some point, which might help balance out the constant repairs.
