Many of us have artifacts stagnating in our cargo holds. I would consider selling them, but the credits aren't enough for the "what if" factor. What if I may actually need this one day. So, instead of selling artifacts for credits, why don't we recycle them for artifact points. When you scrap an artifact, you would get 10% of the artifact cost added back to your overall points. So, if you get a 1000 point artifact that you really don't need, you can scrap it for 100 artifact points to be put back in your pool. |

Percent of artifact points is a good idea, but 10% is WWAAYY too low. Ship structures return 50%. I think that is a good place to start. |
