How about we get some kind of XP for winning battles when we are attacked? |

Could be abused. Use fake account with lousy stats, attack your ship. Level up.. level up... no energy needed. |

3 accounts A) Main B) 1 high rank fake (or similar rank friend, non legion) C) 1 low rank fake A attacks B (approx same level) (A enough scan, B no cloak) B shares to C. B and C attacks A for 1 damage. Repeats every 2 days |
