Collective Theory Lab - artifacts needed vs available

Can I suggest the CTL displays how many artifacts we have vs how many we need for a given CTL artifacts.
It saves going back and forth to our cargo.
For example if the DM79 needs 25 Alien Data discs + ..... and we have 18 ofthem in our cargo, display 18/25 instead of only 25 and dull the CREAT button.
