The race i propose is extra efficient in there placement of planetary items and have a 10 percent reduction on the size of buyable production buildings this could start out with the mission
A World of Trash:
Scaners are picking up on a planet that defys all possible concepts of size and it's due to what appears to be trash that has been collected over several thousands of years

trash isn't exactly an efficient use of space.
Sounds like it would be a fun "dr who" style planet ;p
