Okay. So I just want the option to declare war. Nothing special besides a list of legions you are at war with. Plus if another legion just makes you mad, you can declare war on them JUST to make yourself feel better. As I said, besides a list, NOTHING special about declaring war. It is just to make it known who you are fighting/dislike.

I'll give it a plus one, but there are several facebook sites where folks go to vent and make comments about each other. It really doesn't take much digging to see who is at war with whom.
