Base defender bonus regen speed

Post subject:  Base defender bonus regen speed
So far now our base has been disabled 3 times now by the #27, 8th, and 1st ranked legions. We didnt have a chance with a lvl 4 base and it severely impacts base production. If we are getting disabled every 3-4 days our production will never recover to 100%. I suggest increasing the recovery speed. Ten days is a long time to wait when powerful legions can scan for bases far more frequently than others.

hmm ours has been locked by i think 3 top ten legions and only 1 of them was able to disable it
