Hey all, This has been one thing that's been bugging at the back of my head. Why are NPC's roman numbered? The highest I've seen is probably XXX or 30. There are thousands of players in GL and some kill NPC's all the time. So if I see a NPC named, say, Crimson Hawk XX or Drannik Replicator XIV, then kill them. Then these same numbered ships show up on another player's NPC tab even though those numbered ships are already killed by me? Also, would aliens really put roman numerals on their ships? Roman empire doesn't exist in alien race histories unless you're human of course. Removing roman numerals would be nice and more realistic. |

How do you know that the Roman Legions did not expand into the Galaxy LETTING there Earth Empire crumble just to return one day at the head of an invasion fleet? |

My main beef is how, say, a Drannik Replicator XII can still be alive and appear in other player battle tabs after I killed it in mine? If it was just Drannik Replicator (no number), it'd make sense. Another way of thinking- by now we must have killed a million Drannik Replicators already between all of us players. So shouldn't it be Drannik Replicator #1,000,001 that appears on my battle tab, instead of Drannik Replicator #12? |

And wouldn't they "Repair" themselves just like we do? |

Why do you even care that if you disable it it may appear on another players tab. Or even yours again. Doesnt really matter. A NPC is a NPC deal with it. Your probably OCD about it or something. |

Just because they need to dock at a port to recharge shields unlike our highly advanced Ships of War does not mean they can't repair themselves! It says disabled when I blow up a NPC and also one of a kinda Elites and Bosses dread seeing my Ship on their scanners! |

I am sure about millionth of the things they smuggle get through, and all that goes to pay for the ships. When I first played the game I was hoping there was a small chance that they would drop whatever they where smuggling, but I was let down after I read the wiki. |
