Ability to minimize Battle Tab

So I just got my 7th NPC slot and now I have to scroll up and down to target my NPCs.
I think adding a minimizing functionality to the Battle Tab would be nice, just like the Legion Comm.
This way we can target NPCs without scrolling.

maybe what we need is a 2nd navigation bar on the battle tab
