Be able to construct a planet. it becomes available at rank 650. It begins as a very tiny planet but can have its size increase, and has no resources, but that can be increased. It does not begin with any stat (except for a population of 50) It needs BT badges to buy planet pieces (40 red OR 50 blue and 20 yellow = 1 planet piece, 8 greens= 1 planet piece) and every level that it increases it gains 5 PP (planet points). You can only own one of these planets until you get it to level 10 and build a government building on it (explained later) or it is taken from you or destroyed.

Construction
Each level will require a number of planet pieces, exotic matter, tech parts, and energy. Such as lvl 0 -> lvl 1 needing 2 planet pieces, 20000 energy, 20000 exotic matter, and 200 tech parts. Lvl 1 -> lvl 2 would require 4 planet pieces, 40000 energy, 40000 exotic matter, and 400 tech parts, and so on and so forth. These planets cannot have planetary structures or artifacts from previous planets. There will be a new research tier (sort of like planetary construction and the base put together with new editions). This includes no terra formers, planetary data optimizers, or quasi special expanders (or any other that I missed) from being used on this planet. You can use 10 terra formers and 50 GP, or 10 quasi special expanders and 50 GP to do instant upgrades to that planet (add +1 to all resources or increase the size by 1, just like the QSE on the regular planets).

Discovery Lab
The planets can be upgraded (aka adding passive stats) through a discovery lab (almost the same thing as the CT lab except the planet begins with it on it and it is personal). When creating an artifact you don’t need all artifacts in your cargo, you can store them in the Discovery lab due to its only for one person. Some artifacts made could be:
Life pods: needs 100 cloning pods, 100 energy. Adds a passive population of 10 to the planet.
Integrated planet barrier: needs 50 xcharge cells, 100 energy. Adds a passive shield of 50 to the planet (explained later)
Planet thrusters: needs 50 gravitic amplifier (a new, higher ranked boss will be availiblt to get this and other artifacts that were in lower level bosses), 100 energy. Adds a passive defense of 100 to the planet.
Cloaking shield: needs 50 interspacial fold generators, 100 energy. Adds a passive cloak of 100 to the planet.
Advance planet structure protection: needs 50 durtanium brackets, 100 energy. Adds a passive hull of 10% to each planet structures (explained later).
And many more artifacts and abilities (such as using a cloning pod or longevity serum but will require 10x as many, and are not blueprints, there in the discovery lab but on another tab. NpC drops will only require 2x as many) that are structures and not just passive stats.
Cloaked pyramid: size 1, research 1, cloak + 200, limit 2 per planet. Needs dark pyramids and spy uplink chassices.

Planet Points
5 PP can increase the size buy 1 (i.e. average->large), or 1 PP can increase ONE resource by ONE (i.e. average research -> abundant research).

Government Building
Each planet could have a government building once it hits level 10. The government building is size 5, all resources 2, and allows you to construct another planet. Multiple government buildings can be added but the size increases by 5 each time, and each additional building allows you to construct another planet.

Passive stats
Each planet can have infinite passive stats but it must be a high enough level to take it. Each level will allow the planet to have an extra 500 of all passive stats (which are obtained through the discovery lab), but the Advance planet structure protection can only be increased by 50% each level.

Scanning
These planets can be found and attacked. When you do normal planet scanning you do have a chance to scan for these planets, but only with a .1% chance. You also need 5 blue badges to attempt at scanning once (you will have a 1% chance to find one than you will need to have a high enough scan to find it, like in normal scanning).

Conquer or Destroy or leave it?
You will have a choice of destroying or conquering the planet. You will need government space (i.e. having enough government buildings) to conquer a planet. At the same time you can destroy a planet. When you conquer, you must drop the population to under 20, AND destroy every single structure(except for the Discovery lab which losses all research when conquered) (explained later). When destroying, you must destroy the population COMPLETELY and destroy every single structure, than you will have an option of destroying it. When you conquer it all the donations that have been put in are still there. So if the person you took it from only needed 1000 more energy, that’s all you need to upgrade the planet. Instead of conquering or destroying, you can leave it be. You can destroy structures on it every so often to annoy them.

Structural life
Each structure will have a hull depending on what it is. Structures that require more research to discover will have a larger life (hull), and stuff from the discovery lab will also have a high life (hull). Any kind of defense or attack structure will have a larger life. Once the life (hull) drops to 0 the structure is permanently destroyed. The planet can have a shield (which are either passive or you can have shield structures) which act as a layer of protection over the structures. The shields do recharge at a rate of 2% every 2 minutes.

New research tier
Each tier will cost massive amounts of research (first one costs 500,000 RP) and will add better structures. You will get planet structures and other ones like the base. Some base like structures can give you an additional 10% attack while guarding or others (such as what nocifer suggested for ship abilities) where every 40 hours, it adds to your ship the same as what race you are (so if your lazuli, it adds hull, konqual adds attack, and if you’re the mylari, kronyn, or taltherian, the timer is reduced by 20 hours.) Or other structures.

New badges
When you conquer one of these planets you can get an orange badge or when it’s destroyed you can get black badges, which will unlock exclusive artifacts. Each day there will be about 2-3 artifacts available and it changes every 24 hours. All artifacts will be available again at random.
Some artifacts could be like the assimilation locus but for artifact.

New NpC bosses
Most old NpC bosses will be available again but for higher levels and much stronger.

Moons
Every 3 levels a planet could accumulate another moon which you randomly get and are average or smaller. These are for defensive purposes only.

How does one construct a planet?
This idea is well thought out.... But how bout a mission with some background information behind this?

I believe Vekno came up with the idea, and I came up with one myself but I did not post it because I knew it would be pointless because no matter how you set things up, the higher levels will always have an advantage over smaller ranks, and by the time the smaller ranks can start to begin to piece together their planets, higher levels (such as Nocifer, PSICore, Frail, AFluffyBunny, Reverus, just to name a few) would already have maxed out planets, or multiples if it was allowed or if they stole them

well i think it would be great to have a homeworld like mission dyson and exotic (can't be found) or can only be attacked and raided not stolen but this one you work on yourself. Increasing space and making space defenses and such space defense not take up resource space. Kind of like a base but a personal less great one.

One problem I see with this is Green badges are VERY expensive for 650+ players.

Thats why their are multiple options

And i did read about it once i just basically added to it. I took multiple topics and put them into once.
