This idea will probably tick some people off but, here it goes
I think modules which have attained a condition of poor should require a higher upkeep. Think about it, if had something that was about to break, but expensive to fix, you'd want to make sure it doesn't get worse, right?

But with this, I think there should also be a chance for poor or very poor modules to actually go up in condition, with good upkeep.

i think it should be the other way around and they should lose upkeep costs because they arnt working right besides you have to pay a heavy price to repair them anyway.

Uninstall, install, uninstall, install, uninstall, install, uninstall, repair.
1 minute later my modules are in perfect condition.
Nice idea but at the most this would just turn into a slight inconvenience for most people.

NO! If you upkeep is nearly 1bil already AND to repair a module it can cost from 200mil-1bil(1bil is my max module, there are SINGLE modules that go twice that and more).

My SuperNovas cost several bil and my Hyperchannels cost 855mil. I don't want to pay more....but pay less is always good.

Note: Even though those are high level energy modules, the rest of my ship uses modules WAY lower level that what is normal for my level.
