How about a forum where people can whine, and cry, and complain, and argue, and insult, etc. all they want to everyone else so the GTFO the Galaxy pub. I'm pretty sure alot of people are sick of it, but I think I'm the first to suggest a forum for it.
Perhaps calling it "War Forum"

You're saying they don't do that now?
What I meant was, a place where legion wars could be declared, negotiations, etc.
Also, you don't HAVE to go to that forum.
Should've been obvious.
