i propose a new carrier like the dark carrier or to troop carrier but this one would be rarer but would drop one of three artifacts . a cluster missile, or a mutagenic cartridge, or a completely new planet trap artifact |

I think it should drop 4 things all with even odds. paradox generators , cluster missile, or a mutagenic cartridge , and nothing. or instead of nothing it could drop "the kitchen sink" |

I'd love a NPC that dropped Planet Surface Melters. Cluster missiles and mutagenic cartridges seem a bit strong. But paradox generators would be good for a high level NPC. |

I am in HIGH support of this. Make them as rare as a troop Carrier or Dark Arms smuggler. |
