Cost: 50 Time manipulators, 20 planetary time vortex, 50 void shield. Reduces energy and production times by half. Lasts 4 hours. Any thoughts? |

That energy reduction before or after other charges? I'm pretty sure you don't want someone gaining 1 energy every 15 seconds for 4 hours (or worse an energy a second for 4 hours) .... |

If it was after other charges it'd be 15 seconds per energy, if it was before then you would have a negative charge timer, so I'm assuming he meant after. |
