Post Experience bar visibility
Some dialogs cover the experience bar. When close to leveling one has to change screen in order to see Exp bar updates. Some screens are transparent so we can see through to the other layer some other screens are opaque.

Eliminating obstructions of the exp bar would save many from !!!!! because they leveled with relays on :)

Seriously, move the combat pop-ups down three-eighths of an inch, and it would be so very much appreciated by all.

Yeah, I agree it irritates me to no end. Move the NPC window position down so the damage frame doesn't cover the top section, and remove the overlay or reposition it so it doesn't cover the top section. Most people want to know their stats while doing stuff.
