Since the inclusion of a trading post, I think it might be a good idea to include a simple rating system so that buyers and sellers can know if the other person is trustworthy. This system should be a simple thumbs up, or a simple thumbs down and if someone rates a thumbs down they must include a reason why the trader was rated in that mannor. |

how do you propose the rating system be implemented? I'm not sure if Dan has any plans on adding phpbb add-ons/software modifications to the forum... (based on the fact that I don't think we've seen much in the line of software modifications on the forum to date) probably a better system given our limitations would just be to have a single thread for trades gone sour... stating who and why |

im not so sure DAN or any of the developers want to maintain a rating system like ebay does its rating. there can be lots of problems maintain the integrity of the rating system. Im suggesting that Dan implement an in game Trading system and there is a link in my signature. Please check it out. |
