I would like to see a small XP bonus for anyone who actually strikes the disabling blow for a shared NPC. It doesn't have to be a BIG bonus; I was thinking 100 xp. The reasoning - many times a boss will have no free slots left, but have a few percent life left - the best example is when 7 people lock in a boss, and 3 people do less than 10% leaving all the slots filled, but with the NPC still alive with 3-5% of hit points left. The XP bonus would make it worthwhile for anyone to keep hitting that NPC even if they are not getting a prize, without it being a game-changing thing. On a different note, it would also make the last few percent of an NPC a challenge with multiple people potentially vying for the final blow. |

Perhaps equal to the normal XP reward for a disabler not in a drop position or a 10% bonus if you are in the "drop zone" |

and a bonus for the person that shared the npc... cuz you wouldn't even have that npc without them... and a bonus for everyone that helped kill it, because it wouldn't drop anything without them |
