Bad idea
This has been discussed as you mentioned and after the lapse of time i still feel it is a bad idea there can be other ways to curb the issue at had. This has been suggested in another post relating to nulls to be trade able.

I know this has been suggested before but it's desperately needed. it's really bugging me, while some of my legion mates are planning on doing something, they're usually waiting for a trap to wear off while I'm sitting on like 10 null fuses! please make them tradeable. |

then set a limit of how many null fuses a player can receive in one day, like 5 or something. |
