a place to post hits on people you hate within your level range and can be claimed be someon with no more than a 5 level difrence by adding this to the game bounty hunter's can find a place in the battle tab where there are bounty's for just their rank and price range

so if i put a hit on........ "Pertagonist"(pun intended) some one will kill him, screen shot it and i will pay the agreed amount.... say 100CTP???
