a place to post hits on people you hate within your level range and can be claimed be someon with no more than a 5 level difrence
by adding this to the game bounty hunter's can find a place in the battle tab where there are bounty's for just their rank and price range

please explain more in depth on the idea please.

so if i put a hit on........ "Pertagonist"(pun intended) some one will kill him, screen shot it and i will pay the agreed amount.... say 100CTP???

I like the idea but i believe there should be a level requirement. (say up to 50 levels over and under said target can be the only people to attack for the bounty)
overwise you would have level 400+ claiming a bounty for a level 100 which i believe wouldnt be very fair.
the target should beable to have a fighting chance.
I also think it would only be right if you could be posted on the bountyboard for a serious action against another player.
Say 3+ disables,raids or hacks (not combind) in the last two days or taking a planet which is either over: M R, VL VR, L UR. M MR, S MRX1 so on and so forth

( By this i mean if it was put into the game as a bounty board (not on the forums)
