Oppertunistic AI when active for 8 hours all "overflow" of artifact points/minerals/reserch points will be randomly pulled/cashed in/spent on random reserch. |

this is great, but there are a lot of people who won't overflow before 8 hours. maybe if it's changed to, "the first 4 hours of overflow" |
