how about an artifact that allows one to reclaim the research points they have put into a technology and redistribute it wherever they choose ? either a whole line or just one box , but i think the whole research line would be too much if you do this and you have a module gained from the research that has been reclaimed, then the module becomes useless and must be scrapped thoughts ? |
