no, then you can get exactly what the leader wants.. but, it's a good idea still...
an extension to this idea... set custom groups (each person gets manually assigned to a group, can be reassigned by leader at will).. each group can be adjusted as certain percentage of the whole, per group... and within the group, the group can be assigned contribution distribution or equal distribution or manual finetuning per person
