ok let's start the mission chain with ....starbase royale !!!

the new faction would be called something like THE GAMING COMMISSION or something like that

the ships could be named after cards or poker hands :

King of Diamonds = boss, rewards 100,000,000 credits
Ace of Spades= rare , rewards 50,000,000 credits
Queen of Hearts = uncommon, rewards 1,000,000 credits
Jack of Clubs = common , rewards 500,000 credits
Joker = perhaps an elite base, rewards 1 billion credits to top 10 attackers

missions could include various gambling mini-games, such as blackjack, or a collection of parts from all the ships to complete them, like getting a hand in poker
at the completion of the mission chain, you could be rewarded the ability to put a casino on your base, either allowing legion members to play games of chance (betting minerals and artifacts, too ?) , or increasing the cash flow of the base (or lowering the upkeep ? )

i don't care for the current status of the mission starbase royale, there is no reason to do it....this could increase interest !

While the idea of gambling is reasonably cool, the point is, this isn't a Wild West or a Pirate game where gambling is common. Besides, a lot of people don't even know how to play a lot of these games. (I sure don't.) Not to mention many people also find gambling...well boring. I think it's better without it.

i was just thinking that besides selling minerals, there is no other way to acquire credits.....besides auctioning them off on a trade site, but that is risky....what better way to get credits than from an npc ship ? and if you have those, why not a whole new faction ? these names are just so ppl can get my idea, it does't have to be "ace" and whatnot
