At least for officers and such when a "No legion" is stumbled upon. Someway to reach out to them and start a dialogue and possible recruitment. |

posting on their comm normally works, but I do like this idea, maybe even a propose merger button for new and small legions |

+1 as well. I think stumbled upon means they didn't pop in a way you can comm them. Such as you scan one of their planets and you can see them, but no way to contact them. If they are in a legion, contact the legion, but no way to contact the legionless. |

+1 to al the above.. like the idea of being able to recruit better also like the idea of being able to merger with other legions better than the current method which just seems wasteful and hard to coordinate at times... and also like the idea of being able ot contact the user from their planets if you can see them because its hard to talk to the owners of planets.. |

Also, when two Legions combine, I think you should be able to "scrap" the base of the Legion that is disbanding. Get back some of the exotic matter and tech parts that have been poured in to it! But yes anything that makes recruiting/merging easier is +1 for me! |
