With the changes to the Calming Amplifier and the Halcyon Trap, it would be nice to have an extra line of text in the message you get when you fail to use them. Something like "Cannot be used. You have disabled, hacked, raided, invaded, or used offensive artifacts in the last 24 hours. Artifact will be available in 14h 23min." (Giving the actual time to eligibility, of course.)
