Clearly what this game needs is more Space Elephants. You all know what I am talking about - don't try to pretend you don't. That's right - three sensible comments in the suggestions forum in a row is my limit - now I must revert to type! |

New bi-weekly: Ancient discovery Recently, there have been signs of a large terran race thought to be extinct. See what you can find. Reward: Mystery DNA sample Elephantine Propotions: It appears that the DNA is similar to a non-sentient race known as elephants. Track some down, and find out what you can. Reward: Elephant Habitat Blueprint Terran Trouble It appears that the Terran Outsiders do not approve of our study into the elephants. Weaken them before they attack. Battle: TO Zoologist Reward: T.O. Bio Shield Elephant Sentience It would appear that these elephants have reached sentience. We should win them over as an ally. Reward: Ele Pact - allows you to become the elephant race. Elephants get +50% shield. |

Genius stuff Thunderbolta! Plus - how about. If you have Space Elephants, well they are going to leave errr, shall we say traces, behind! Which means a new type of Planetary defence! Space Elephant toilet Minefield. Deals no damage to attacker, but the smell of what you are flying through clings to your ship and, so desperate are your enemies to avoid coming in to contact with you for the next 24hrs, they gain +20% to their defence till the stench fades. However, should you be in a position to raid, the smell of your crew gives you +10% to your success rate as your enemies vomit in disgust! |

It was - until a Space Elephant sat on it! Now it looks like a dumbbell! Plays havoc with their tidal movements! |

+1 This could be a good mission or theme for April Fools Day next year. Think Dan has a sense of humour and this idea could work. Or what about a charitable artifact? Elephantiser 80GP 1 use only per player Turns a terra planet into a mega-colossal Elephant planet. Tusk attack and elephant hide defence gives massive attack and defence of 3,000 Money given to the WWF (the panda people, not the wrestlers) The Space Elephant race left behind one of the most powerful planet terraformers before most of their race disappeared from the galaxy. No one knows if they died, left or just went into hiding. The Elephantiser was their prized technology and the few that remained were sold to the highest bidder. Mafia Wars did something like this for the Haiti appeal. Haitan Drum or something. (Yeah, I know this ain't MF and I'm glad of that but I thought it was great that Zynga do something for the greater good). |

Or the Space Elephants could be a brand new NPC! Ooooh! With a really, really great drop if you kill them (game equivalent of Ivory) but if you let them go your Legion receives some kind of boost in the daily shipment. So are you selfish and hunt them, or leave them alone and get a Legion boost? And if you do kill them, you have a % chance to have an Intergalactic Game keeper come after you, (think Elite or Rare) but you can not alert your Legion and if you fail to take it out in the 24hr window, you receive a "fine" in the form of lost mineral/artefact/research points! Make people think twice about it! Space Elephants - they are the way forward! |

How could anyone complain about Space Elephants, Dr Bill? I say again Space. Elephants. I am sure most people would be delighted to receive a trunk based kicking! And if they win, they get a nice umbrella stand for their ship!! How could anyone complain about that??? |

Just let them go, thier going to die out completely anyway, as the only thing they can catch up with is bamboo, and the occasional stupid human |
