At the moment you can use a calming amp or halc if you haven't performed an offensive action in the last 24hrs, but people stay on your news for 48hrs. If someone steals one of your planets you want those 2 days to make them pay, but now you only get 1 day then they can hide behind halcs and calming amps.

I suggest that the time limit on using calming amps and halc be increased to 48hrs since your last offensive action.
