it could be a new drannik drone or talerian probe that drops artifact lost city of ancienst coordinates when used on any planet lets you discover a a city ruin that is rich in artifacts of bygone era invreasing planets artifact stats by 1 |

Something along these lines has been suggested several times, but I still like the idea. Really, it only makes sense.... We have the PDO (Planet Data Optimizer) which is +1 Research to any type planet and the TP (Toxic Purifier) +2 Mining on Toxics. Granted the TP can only be used on Toxics, but it IS +2 and Toxics are pretty common. There's no good reason why we should have to wait on Terraforming Devices or Taltherian ability to boost an artifact planet. |

I would like it, but it's not going to happen. I believe there's something like that from one of the higher level Base crates, but of course those are more difficult to get. |
