Yes I just got my first blue print and as such I used it to great effect. I think a Prejoran Tech Pod or something (should be costly and only give like 2-5 tech each time) would be cool for those that have gained one such blue print. Just a thought. |

So you mean you get a free tech level boost as an artifact reward? That would be a sweeet reward, but I think it would have to be mega rare, possibly on the level of a Quasi-Expander. And it shouldn't be available for Galaxy Points or the CC'ers would be even more invincible. |

No I mean the Prejoran Tech peaces you pick up from the beggining Prejor missions. |
