Post Planet vortex deflector change
Never understood why employing that should keep you from using your own artifacts. Seems like it was intended to be a defensive tactic, so maybe changing it to that would be a good idea.

I don't see the purpose of preventing your own artifacts.

It prevents people from warping guards away, so you can really stack defenders on it. Allowing you to cloning pod it yourself seems a little extreme.
