I don't think the current setup would work with data disk optimizer, it might have to be a size 1 structure to have a chance to work. it would be simpler if it was just +1 production tier on research on planet thou

but then again i haven't really read everything about everything so don't really know....
oh... and how many completion is here to be done with it?
