Investigate a derelict artifact


Mission Briefing
A seemingly abandoned artifact has been reported nearby. It has been releasing high frequency sound waves since it arrived. Our sensors detect that it is not of any known race. Please investigate and then report this ship as soon as possible.

I don't think the current setup would work with data disk optimizer, it might have to be a size 1 structure to have a chance to work. it would be simpler if it was just +1 production tier on research on planet thou

but then again i haven't really read everything about everything so don't really know....
oh... and how many completion is here to be done with it?
