The modules list is long, and everytime you install a module, it resets to the top. So if your installing something like relays. Youve gotta scroll ALL the way to the botton, install, scroll All the way to the bottom, install, and do 2 more times. I think, you should be able to hide low teir modules(something like a checkbox saying hide low teir modules)and it hides everything except the highest teir module(s). To install a low teir module(like to fill up leftover space) just uncheck the checkbox.

You can click on ITEM or OUTPUT or OPTION to re-organize the modules. I always click item to move all 4 relays to front page for easy uninstall/install everytime I rank up..

Robert mentions scrolling to the bottom, so I think he means when you're physically buying module, Noci. The modules on the buy screen can't currently be rearranged, so this idea gets a +1 from me.

As an alternative, simply make this screen sortable like the other screens, so you can sort them by name, stats, cost, and size.

Yes I do mean buying modules. Not installing uninstalled modules.
