Planet structure, Blueprints obtained as a mission completion reward.
Planetary Bounty Vault:
Cost: 10 MSPs, 10 tessarect containers, 50 PF.
Size 2, -500 cloak.
Can only be built on a planet with NO researched attack or defence structures.
Players can store credits, artifacts, and special materials (except badges) in here, which is public information (ie everyone can see what is inside).
When the planet is successfully invaded, the vault's contents are deposited into the invader's cargo/bank.

This is a way for people to try to shift poor planets, by making them more likely to be scanned, and giving a reward/incentive to the invader.

Seems sort of like a waste personally... if the person doesn't want the planet, abandon it?

The idea of a vault for storing credits and artifact and such doesn't sound like a bad idea, so +1 to that part. The -500 cloak ... not sure why that would be there, so -1 to that part.

In terms of an item that can be put on a planet to store credits and artifacts and perhaps modules, +1

The idea is that if some people CAN'T abandon planets for whatever reason, offer people an incentive to take it from you.

As for a separate storage thing, look here:

i can see why he's said about advertising a rubbish little planet and personally i agree with everything +1 because i'd rather flaunt a little rubbish planet than spend the 5GP to abandon it as the GP is a lot harder to get unless you pay.
So out of 5 million credits or 5GP, i'd pick the credits to ditch :)

Still gonna go with -1 ...

Dan made the 5GP to abandon and if you do a couple of tasks for Facebook credits, you don't have to spend a dime and the tasks are available to -everyone- and take maybe five or ten minutes to complete ... anyone that says the "CAN'T" abandon a planet either has a bug they need to address with Dan or they just don't want to spend the GP (which isn't that much).

Adding this in, nobody would pay 5GP to abandon it ... or at least it would be much less common. Pointless item for a rather ridiculous idea if you ask me, just my opinion.
