Ive played Galaxy Legion for quite some time (multiple restarts), and over all of this time, i havent had much complaining, its a great game, Dan and his staff(if he has any..if he doesnt..wholy crap jeezus dude, hiring? ahah) anyways...as subject says here are some suggestions that some people may agree:

1. Planet destruction - have an artifact that can destroy a planet, taking the planet out and giving you some resources. This arti can be more expensive, like 50k points(maybe higher). Once a planet is destroyed a random one is generated back into the universe. This will let those people that are at higher levels to destroy their smaller worlds for some return. Of course the planet has to be yours to do that.

2. More planets for the whole universe to compete over, like "Exotica", i suggest real life planets, Earth/Venus..etc..maybe with some different requirements(for example: earth high invasion defense, changes monthly, and cant be defended, or only certain races or levels can invade) I am sure there are many interesting things that can be done.

3. Celestia, which i have checked out, has a quite a few pictures for planets, few more would defently make it interesting. I liked the rifts.

Just few ideas that can continue to add to the game.

blow up is fun
price wise, its effect is:
abondon(5)+purge(8)+some res(?)
I would say a good amount of res is ~48 hours. On a planet that you are willing to blow up, it's probably not a lot. Just about 50-100 per hour, or 2400-5k or so pt of whatever. that seems to worth about 10-50 gp to me, depend on ur rank(and specific amount.
I would say a fair amount for such an artifact to be about 30 to 40 gp.

A few "competition" planet might be fun. Here is my suggestion on this:
Each month(or 2 weeks) ~10-20 planet is generated for each tier of players based on rank. Exact tiering can be discussed, not sure what would be best idea. Anyway, those planet would be Very Large in size at least and Ultra Rich in Production at least, cap at maybe VM 5x Mega. Those scan would be very easy to be scanned (as long as there are unscanned ones of ur tier left, each scan have a 10% chance of finding one of those before normal scan effect apply. That means even if ur chance of scanning a planet, due to many found and low scan power, is only 1%, you still have 10% chance of getting one of those per scan.)
Note: all planet this way will purge themselves from your DB when you rank up above the tier(if it's not occupied by you, kinda like shared planet) OR when it is invaded by another after you move above the tier.

As for the planet destruction artifact, I think it is a great idea, but requires a couple quirks. For example, you must own it for at least a week and it may not have produced any production for over 24 hours (giving time for the population to get to a safe distance).

and as far as the mission planets, I think I speak for everyone when i say that there should be lots more. Whether they should be names of existing places...I'm not sure, it would sorta take a bit of "fantasy" away from the game. But yea, more mission planets!

and DUH!!! who does want more different pics for thier planets???
