New Artifact: Clear 2-4 random npc's

 I just got thinking on a new artifact that could be usefull
Effect: it removes 2-4 random. unshared npcs from your own battle tab letting 2-4 new one take its place. Little like Tactical Re-modulation wrote: Removes all non-player enemies in your battle tab, allowing new random enemies to appear. Does not remove enemies that have already been shared with your legion. No rewards are given for enemies dismissed this way.
