 The Regular Shockpulse charger +20% NPC ATTACK

Think a new NPC would be better. Shockfighters are uncommon and thier drop is pretty useful for people who do lots of NPC. If it were to happen then preferably a new NPC rather than an additional drop to the ShockFighter.
However such an arti would need the same cooldown as the shockcharge to balance the fact that they'd have 35% extra attack, on top of the 40% atk they can get from buffs. |
