The Regular Shockpulse charger +20% NPC ATTACK and the new one.. +20% BASE ATTACK Or just a whole new NPC. |

+1 Think a new NPC would be better. Shockfighters are uncommon and thier drop is pretty useful for people who do lots of NPC. The Dark Eluder or something adds defence against bases but attack boost would be great. |

If it were to happen then preferably a new NPC rather than an additional drop to the ShockFighter. However such an arti would need the same cooldown as the shockcharge to balance the fact that they'd have 35% extra attack, on top of the 40% atk they can get from buffs. |
