Do you want the level 2s you fight having null turrets?

no one wants their base disabled at all. so i dont really care that much if they attack. they would fail against the modules i have now
EDIT:if you mean level 2 ranked players then either way the would fail,if you mean they who have a level two base then they COULD be strong players.

NOTE TO SELF: Disable Xii base.

Anyways, my point is look at it from the attacker's perspective - not the defenders.

Or do you mean (because what you wrote was that unclear) that if a level 2 had quasi turrets and exergonic invertion arrays, syncoportated plating your ship could take it out? Pfft.

Careful there with that attacker's perspective thing.... nobody wants to hear that kind of talk...

Don't worry chakram, as long as your rank 3 you will not really be a target. When you go rank 4 its a different story.

Oh I dont know about that... we farm level 3's all day since it costs us minimal energy to do so. We aren't concerned about base raids since level 4's just aren't worth the energy for a little tiny bit of ctp and level 5's cost way too much resources to bring down. The dysonians and the other uber-legions may only be interested in the big bases, but it is the level 3's out there that get destroyed once a day.

Oh, and chakram... no

Exactly what Ravage said. We farm level threes because we can solo them. We can take out level fours (or rather, our allies Stormkyn can) if we use our battle pacts but it isn't worth the effort.

That said, 2/3 people handle most of the base scanning because they have 200+ spare badges so really it's up to them.
