A "back-up" alert, unlockable through a mission chain (Which I'll think up if this'd be a good idea) Ability: Red Alert. Usable on any planet you can see. Cost: 50 energy. Cooldown: 1 week. Short-alerts the chosen planet for 2 hours. Cancels any alerts you currently have up. Resets your current alert cooldown to 14 hours. |
