Any chance for the returning of Crimson Missiles ?

 As the title, from what I've known, in the whole game each player can only have 20 Crimson Cluster Missiles and no chance for more. I would love to see if there'll be a mission or any way to earn this cool artifact again. Limited, of course, but it would be nice

way too powerful to be have more than 20.
Although I would like to have this on my cargo bay. I would also hate to be on the receiving end of this artifact. Sorry -1.
